    M/S of the Lord Mayor of Nottingham in his robes and hat climbing out of the aeroplane with as much dignity as possible, he smiles when he has managed it. M/S of a man reading the Charter to him. M/S as another man shakes his hand, the first man hands him the Charter and he bows deeply. M/S as he climbs back into the small aeroplane, a man comes up and hands him his paper. M/S as he replaces his mayoral hat with a flying helmet. L/S as the aeroplane starts to taxi and he waves.

    The airport in question is Nottingham Airport, situated at Tollerton in Nottingham,
