The National Eisteddfod festival (held in Wales every August; it dates back to the 12th century).

    Pembroke, Wales.

MS procession: man in white robes and head dress (this is Lord Ashburnham who is presiding over the festival); then some men in suits carry a big cushion on which rests a large twisted horn; more people in white robes; a big man in dark robes; another with medallions then a group of little girls in the traditional Welsh costume.

MS Lord Ashburnham stands on a flat rock while a woman hands him the horn; he hands it back. A couple of other ladies hand him flowers or some other plants. He stands on the rock; next to a large harp on the ground and waves his arm around; making some pronouncement. Pan across scene. CU row of little girls in the costumes. CU women in same costumes; with flowered shawls.
