Men of the LFB (London Fire Brigade) leap from their Leyland fire engine and begin to attach hoses to the back of the tender. They are participating in a competition.
Firemen run across the yard with their hoses and use the water sprays to knock over targets. The hoses are then rolled up - accompanied by much cheering. A whistle is blown when the last man leaps back on the fire engine.
