  • "Various shots car (an Austin)" - the vehicle is either an Austin A40, or A50, Cambridge, (the two had identical bodies). However this fact at least helps reduce the clip's current date range, as these vehicle makes didn't originate until 1954. A new date range of 1954-59 would therefore be appropriate.

    "Ferryfield aerodrome with Bristol aircraft on runway" - the aircraft is a freighter, operated by Silver City Airways.
