M/S of several cars pulling up in a London street. A group of elderly men - politicians? - in top hats get out and walk into a building. An exuberant woman walks up to have a look and stands there applauding and mouthing 'Bravo' (that's what it looks like, anyway).
Quick and rather dark shots of the men coming out of the building and getting into their cars.
High angle shot of a street lined with rather sombre crowds of people. It seems to have been raining. Flags of several nations are strung across the street and pennants hang from lampposts. A soldier on horseback rides down the street, followed by two small horse-drawn carts. The men in the carts take their hats off. Guards on horseback start to ride down the street. Item ends abruptly here. Could be 1918 victory parade, but does not look particularly joyous, despite the flags.
