  • Description

Introductory intertitle reads: "First, man made a million volt 'bolt' - then came the two-million spark - and now the masterpiece in that search to break the atom, 10,000,000 volts!"

Interior of a laboratory where they are creating "man-made lightning". Men are dwarfed by the machines which create the lightning. Weird light shapes are seen against a black background. Story seems incomplete.
