"Light single engine aircraft taxiing out" - it's a Morane-Saulnier MS-502, Reg. No. F-BEJQ.
Rather than performing "stunts", Frenchman Valentin aimed to achieve human flight by jumping from planes and then using his bird-like wings.
Sadly he died the year after this footage was shot, following an accident while exiting a plane over Liverpool. Attached is a newspaper article from the era reporting the incident...
