"Lady Alice Scott arriving in car with her mother." - her mother is the Duchess of Buccleuch.
The footage was filmed on 31 August and 1 September 1935. Two clues lead us to this - at 00:21 the commentator describes Lady Alice as being the Duke's fiancee - they'd just become engaged in August 1935.
Secondly, at 00:40 the commentator mentions "the Belgian tragedy". This refers to the death of the pregnant Queen Astrid of Belgium in a car crash on 29 August 1935.
