    Children's road safety.

    Manchester, Greater Manchester.

    Various shots of a miniature town and street set up in a school in Manchester. The children walk, cycle, drive in pedal cars and push prams around it to learn the proper rules of road safety after a child was killed near their school. Various shots of some of the children dressed like traffic policemen directing the others as they make their way about. A crash between a car and bicycle is staged and the "police" come up and ask for licenses before lecturing the culprits.

    M/S of the headmistress chatting to the children and teaching them the rules. A girl takes her pram up to a stall and parks it in front with some difficulty. M/S as another takes her doll to the hospital where a little girl dressed as a nurse tucks it up in bed.
