  • "Couple driving along corniche in sports car" - the car is a model by Berkeley (I can't be sure exactly which one).

    However this information does help reduce the clip's current date range, as the Berkeley car company wasn't formed until 1956. I think a new date range of 1956-59 is therefore sensible.

    Seen at 03:57 is Royal Square in St Helier.

    At 06:20 we see the RJAHS building.

    At 11;12 we see Elizabeth Castle.

    At 11:27 we see Gorey harbour,

    At 11:29 we see Mont Orgueil Castle.

    At 13:45 we see the Moulin de Lecq watermill.

    "Plane taking off" - it's a Vickers Viscount.

    "Plane passes island" - it's the Corbiere lighthouse.
