"Clapper board: "FRA 1 - 13 NOV" - suggests date is 13/11/1944?" - yes, one of the dates of filming is 13 November 1944. Some of the footage is dated as 14 November 1944.
The footage has been shot by at least two different cameramen, a Sgt Watkins, and a second man named Gross.
