    Various shots, international newsreel heads from 23 different associations at the General Assembly and Chief Editors' Conference of the International Newsreel Association / INA. Delegates sit around a conference table and listen on their headphones to Dr H Wiers, their German President and other speakers.

    Various shots, exteriors of blocks of flats and a modern hotel, the Europa, at Siofok. Various shots, the host, Hungarian newsman Sandor Papp, with his guests the INA, take time off to relax, swim and splash about at the Hungarian resort of Siofok. The delegates visiting the Abbey in Tihany.
