I am the great granddaughter of John Gillies Shields who once owned the Donington Hall, estate and the race track. I would like to know if I could ever buy any of the video clips and/or if you ever filmed anything at Donington Hall, i.e., as the POW during the WW1 or when it became a depot in WW2. I can be contacted through my email - deborah.rea94@gmail.com

The event was held on 22 October 1938.
The event was called "The Donington Grand Prix".
"Hasse" is Rudolf Hasse.
Nuvolari wasn't German, he was Italian.
Nuvolari wins the race in an Auto Union.
