Schorr: Mr. Shayegan could you say why your Govt. is not represented here. Shayegan:- Yes, because the Govt. believes that the Court if not competent. Schorr:- And why do you think that the Court is not Competent. Shayegan:- Because, firstly that the nationalisation is an internal affair of every sovereign. nation, and secondly because the British Government has nothing to do with this affair.
