The "large Chinese theatre" is the famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
Other sights seen, and currently not documented, are;
Seen at 00:35 is the "Ciro's" nightclub on Sunset Boulevard.
Then at 00:35 the "Mocambo" nightclub, also on Sunset Boulevard.
The same footage is seen in clip 3277.07, (though that version has no commentary).
