Pan on crowd gathered behind iron fence; they stare at or smile and wave at camera. Duchess walks along past nurses w/ head nurse & a few other people. She shakes hands with a head nurse and gets into her car to be driven off.
The Duchess and group arriving at the platform in park. Duchess gives out awards to girls & boys who come up & walk across platform one at a time - cute kids. A nurse and some men in uniform (uncertain whether this is some branch of military) also receive honours. Two unidentified men make speeches. Next; pan on group of Girl Guides.
