    Woman, probably Mrs Clark, gives the keys to the Women's Committee thrift shop to New York Mayor, James 'Gentleman Jimmy' Walker. The thrift shop raises money for cancer hospitals.

    Mayor Walker offers one of his famous berets for sale in the shop. He is asked to try it on so that everyone can see. LS of Mayor Walker in beret / cap / hat. He hands it over for sale to Mrs Clark.

    N.B. Mayor Jimmy Walker was a very popular Mayor in New York in the late 1920s and early 1930s.
