    Hessle, Humberside.

    VS of carnival parade along street. The local brass band plays at the front as people in fancy dress walk alongside various floats. The Gala Queen is driven past on the back of a lorry. Decorated lorries drive along. CUs of children in fancy dress. VS of adults in costume. Very poor shots of the Carnival Queen being crowned. CU Carnival Queen. MV Carnival Queen with maids. CU kids at the carnival. VS of babies with mothers - possibly for a 'Mother and Baby Show'.

    N.B. Item found in Unidentified Gazettes reel. This may be connected to the Silver Jubilee.
