The helicopter seen here is a Hiller UH-12E. Reg. No. EI-AKT.
This film originates from either 1959 or 1960 - the craft was registered with the EI-AKT number on 13 June 1959, but this number was cancelled on 19 December 1960.
The film shows an escape artist releasing himself from a straitjacket while dangling from the helicopter, a stunt he successfully completes.
Interesting - why was the number cancelled?
It was sold abroad, necessitating a new registration number.
