    The crash occurred on 13 June 1929.

    The aircraft featured here is a Bellanca J, Reg. No. NX5315, named "Green Flash".

    The men on board are pilot Roger Q Williams and navigator Lewis Yancey. Both men survived the incident.

    "Pilot and official looking at the damaged propellor" - its the pilot and navigator.
