  • "M/S of the England cricket team" should read M/S of the M.C.C team.

The final paragraph of the shots list, beginning "Note: cricketers who played for England...." should be fully deleted, for we're not looking here at the England team, but the M.C.C. Instead, the tour team seen here consisted of:

Gubby Allen, Lord Dunglass (later to become Prime Minister under the name Alec Douglas-Home), Lionel Isherwood, Guy Jackson, Tom Jameson, Maurice Jewell, Harold Miles, Thomas Pilkington, Ronald Stanyforth, Gerry Weigall, Jack White and the aforementioned Plum Warner.
