    South Bank, Yorkshire. "There are few enthusiasts to equal the hardy Gliding Clubs. They'll travel miles to find a nice big hill with a nice flat field on top - " M/S of group of people on a hillside. "Our Pilot - (Mr. Magersuppe) tests the breeze - " C/U of the aforementioned Mr Magersuppe holding up a measuring device. He looks into the distance, then up into the air.

    "Then, once set, we're soon off - " M/S of four men hanging on to a short piece of pipe. "Hundreds of feet up - and the first time they've ever had a Cameraman as passenger - " Aerial view from a glider then shot of the aircraft in the sky from the ground. Another aerial shot then a longer shot of the plane in flight showing the hillside.

    Was an item in Pathe Pictorial issue number 682.
