    A little girl is led along and presents flowers to a lady (Mayoress ?) sitting down on a platform in front of Glebelands. The house was presented by William Jury as a rest home for workers in the cinema industry. Reginald Bromhead makes a speech of welcome to the Lord Mayor, Sir P. Vincent. L/S as the camera pans across the large house. Mr Bromhead presents the Lord Mayor with the key, people applaud. The mayor makes a speech about the house being shelter amongst natural beauty. L/S as he declares it open and everyone applauds.
