    Glass fabrics - spun glass factory.

    Acton, London.

    C/U broken glass. M/S as man pours the glass pieces into a revolving drum. M/S sprinkler, C/U revolving belt with glass dropping down. M/S man at furnace, he puts a poker in the fire. C/U of the spun fibres. C/U girl with 'sheet cotton wool glass'. C/U hands stretching and smoothing the fibre. A girl sprays it to reinforce the fibres. The sheet then passes through a damping machine. C/U knife cutting glass fabric, M/S's as girl cuts out hat shape and assembles it. Various shots of girl assembling hats, she solders the top to the hat. Various shots as she pins accessories to them. A girl walks through some trees and models the finished hat.
