The new German Ambassador Herr Von Dirksen comes out of a building (German Embassy?) and gets into a semi-state Landau. He is driven to Buckingham Palace to present his credentials to King George VI. A large crowd stands outside Buckingham Palace to see the Ambassador arrive.
