  • The show was held 13-23 March 1947.

    "Philip Etter" should read Philipp Etter.

    "General Guisan" is Henri Guisan.

    "Field Marshal Bernard Montgomery's car which is on show (Humber)" - its a Humber Super Snipe, dubbed "Old Faithful".

    "the Renault car" - it's a Renault 4CV.

    "a baby car on show" - it's a Rovin D2.

    "the Alvis car" - it's an Alvis TA14.
