    M/S of M.P.s and other political types coming out of no. 10 Downing Street, a car pulls up outside and some of the men get in. M/S of three of the men posing for the camera in front of the railings in Downing St. M/S of two men in top hats getting out of a car, one stops to talk to the chauffeur. M/S of a line of sailors filing on board a battleship. Panning L/S of a dockside battleship (possibly the H.M.S. Ramillies on the Mersey).     L/S of factory chimneys belching smoke. Various shots of workers entering the factory. Various shots of men dismantling tents in Hyde Park, London - part of emergency food distribution centre.

    After some seconds of spacing, story resumes at 01:17:24. Various shots of men shovelling coal into sacks from a heap in Hyde Park, they load it onto the back of a truck. More spacing, story resumes at 01:18:00. Various shots of a brass band leading a large military parade through crowd lined streets, looks like London. A military truck pulling a loaded up trailing drives at the tail of the procession, a line of policemen walk behind, several appear to use their batons to stop the crowd surging forward.

    M/S of a volunteer sitting in the driver's cab of a bus, a policeman sits next to him. Various shots of trams driving around London. Various M/Ss of tram cabs with policemen standing next to the drivers. More shots of trams and general traffic scenes around central London.
