Helene Boucher died on 30 November 1934, allowing the clip's current date-range of 1930-39 to be changed.
Presumably this funeral took place in early December 1934.
"CU medal won by Boucher" - it's the Ordre National de la Legion d'honneur (or Legion of Honour), which she was posthumously awarded with.
