  • Description

    Warminster, Wiltshire.

Several shots show a man checking off on a blueprint different car parts that lie on a driveway in front of a house. High angle shot shows the parts spread on the drive, then stop motion footage show the car being put together in a few seconds. The 'Fun Car' has no roof or bonnet over the engine - it looks like an American hotrod. The man beckons to a woman to come and join him and they get into the car and drive off. We see them drive past a stately home and along country roads.

Note: on file is a leaflet and small news cutting about the Opus Fun Car, as seen here. The cheapest version cost £99.

Cuts exist - see separate records.

Verbal warfare at its best. Here are some of history's greatest retorts and snarling insults. These people certainly didn't mince their words!
