Some great fancy dress costumes are modelled for the camera. First is a pretty girl wearing a cute penguin costume. Next is a man dressed as a chimney with the words "The Flu" painted on it (ho ho!). A woman models a cute butterfly costume. A girl in a bathing suit emerges from a changing tent - this has been cleverly constructed over the top of an umbrella. A man dressed as a pierrot has a sign around his neck "A Pilgrim of the Night" and holds a baby. The last partygoer holds a sign which reads "Old Bill - Unemployed?" - he looks down at heel and smokes a cigarette.
