This clips shows crowds attending a Tottenham Hotspur v Manchester United fixture, and so is almost certainly linked to clips 3288.06 and 3288.01.
Clapperboards seen during both of those clips show that they were filmed for an episode of the "This Week" current affairs programme called "Police", and that the filming took place on 4 March 1972.
