    Good day,
I came across this footage by chance and I think I can add a little on the area in which it was shot. If the aerial view of the city at 0.58 is made by the same person in the \'flying car\' then it definitely refers to Udine in the province of the same name, Friuli Venezia Giulia region in the North West of Italy. It shows the \'Castello di Udine\': castle on the hilltop, church on its left, building on the same hilltop known as \'Casa della Contadinanza\' and the broad octagon cathedral church tower in the city centre below are all in Udine. Have a look at aerial videos of the region on youtube and you will see what I mean. In addition, the shots of the straight tree lined road at 0.04 looks very much like the road from Udine going north towards Tricesimo or visa versa, where there was once a tram line running alongside the road.

Ionly read now in your notes that Udine was already identified. Just want to add that it is all of 700kms from Rome.
