M/S of the people creating floral mosaic in front of their house. L/S of the people putting finishing touches on their creation. They have made a child sledging and a skier on a slope covering a huge front yard in white petals - it looks unreal. L/S of the town street decorated with flags. People are seen going to the parade. Some bicycles, cars and even people are decorated.
