    Fitness Exercises, London.

    C/U Gardener's (Francis Glynns) spade and boots as he digs. L/S Gardeners stretching up from his spade and holding his aching, back. Man (posture expert Charles Neil) walks into pictures gesticulating that its not the correct way to dig. He removes his jacket, hangs it in a tree and demonstrates with a spade. M/S With the spade half in the soil he points to his neck and spinal column. C/U Old gardener looking on. M/S Man hands spade to gardener (Now you try it idea). M/S Man now shows him how to mow the lawn by first going it the wrong way and then correct way.

    M/S Gardeners looking on. M/S He now shows him how to cut the grass with the shears first the wrong way - with the legs straight - then the correct way being bent. M/S He then takes witch's broom from the gardener and shows him how to sweep the leaves away - first in the wrong way and then in the right way. L/S the gardener sits on a nearby seat to rest and the man sitting beside him shows him that he is also doing that the wrong way. He motions him to sit more upright.
