Story about how essential it is to have painted fingernails when you are "young and feminine". Three minutes with a West End expert explains just how it's done. Two women in a dressing room set. One reads a woman's magazine. Then it is taken from her and the other woman begins giving her a manicure. First her nails are filed, she then places her hand into a bowl of water. Her cuticles are pushed back and trimmed. Cream is applied to the nails. A buffer is then used on the nails. The hands are rinsed and the manicurist dries them. They are given a final buffing then shown to the camera in C/U. The woman smiles and admires her hands.
Note: nicely filmed - good C/Us of hands and nice shots of the two women sitting together.
