    GV. Front of Dallas Court House. MS. Prisoner Charles Gregory walks out of court house with a gun in the side of woman hostage, Ruth Thornton. Guards stand around helpless. MS. Ruth Thornton, the court clerk, going back into the court. CU. The gun used in the attempted break out, is made of soap, wax, string, etc. MS. The Sheriff talks into camera - natural sound. He says how the prisoners overcame two guards in the lift and got away but were caught later.
