This is one of several stories found attached to 3rd reel of cuts for the documentary 'LURE OF THE EAST'. This is probably missing story FESTIVAL OF HARVEST in newsreel issue 34/81.
Titles read: "The Festival of Harvest - Peasants flock to Goslar for music and feasting".
