    Item title reads - Fast on the rocks. 21,170 ton Atlantic liner "Celtic" runs aground on dreaded Cow & Calf rocks - her passengers, including 27 "Vestris" survivors, safely landed! Queenstown, Ireland.

    L/S of the Cow & Calf rocks near the coast, the camera pans out to the "Celtic" which looks fairly normal but it stranded. Various shots as it pans across the ship with rescue boat by its side and over to rocks again. Various shots of the ship.
