"Baby Face Nelson" was George Nelson, (AKA Lester Gillis).
He was shot dead on 27 November 1934, perhaps enabling a date range to be given to this clip.
Seen on one of the newspapers at 00:14 is mobster Dutch Schultz.
The man pictured at 00:26 is FBI agent Herman Hollis, one of the men killed by Nelson.
