    Full title reads: "FAR-EAST CONFERENCE IN BRUSSELS".

    Brussels, Belgium.

    A train arriving to Brussels station. Anthony Eden leaving the station. He has arrived to Brussels to attend Far East conference. French Foreign Minister Yvonne Delbos arriving to the palace of the Belgian Academy where the conference takes place. American representative Mr Norman Davis arriving. They main subject of the conference is war between China and Japan. President of the conference, Belgium's Mr Spaak arriving. Chinese representative Mr Wellington Koo arriving and is surrounded by reporters taking photographs. Soviet representative Mr Litvinov (Litvinoff) smiling to camera. Chinese representative Mr Koo seated at desk, talking at conference (natural sound). He talks about Japanese aggression and Chinese resistance - he tells the conference that they cannot accept the peace at any cost.
