Chinese representative Mr Wellington Koo arriving and is surrounded by reporters taking photographs. Soviet representative Mr Litvinov (Litvinoff) smiling to camera. Chinese representative Mr Koo seated at desk, talking at conference (natural sound). He talks about Japanese aggression and Chinese resistance - he tells the conference that they cannot accept the peace at any cost.
