"Or the strange inside truth about a great industry." C/U of a man who is glass blowing. His cheeks are all puffed out with the strain. "This should be attempted only by people with a lot of cheek." C/U of another glass blower - equally as bizarre a face. Another man is seen in C/U. One of his cheeks puffs out more than the other. He smiles at the camera.

"The secret - he's a glass-blower and the faces are a by-product." C/U of another man then a C/U of the glass he is blowing. C/U of a vase being shaped. The edge is trimmed off. Various shots of vase being shaped. L/S of men at work. One man stands on a block and swings a pole around which has a piece of molten glass attached. He shapes the glass in a mould.
