The Master of Sempill welcomes the two German Barons to England. Overhead we can hear planes in flight.
He introduces Captain Reece - it sounds like the Captain fought against the Baron's during the First World War. The Germans are visiting to see an RAF display. The planes flying over drown out some of what is said. They shake hands.
C/U Captain Reece (ex Royal Air Force) giving his welcome to Baron Schleich and thanking him for his kind treatment when he was behind German lines (presumably as a Prisoner of War). The Baron replies in broken English.
