Start of the international football match between England and Wales at Wembley stadium, London. GV. Wales kick off and go straight into the attack. Zoom in as Woosnam kicks up field. The ball hits Bobby Smith, he doubles up and the ball goes free. SV. Welsh player goes to pass the ball up field but it is intercepted by English defender who starts to take it up field. LV. Bobby Smith running towards the Welsh goal. He almost loses the ball but manages to pass to Jimmy Greaves who takes it forward and shoots under the goalkeeper for England's first goal. GV. Crowd cheering. LV. Pan, Cliff Jones, Welsh left winger, running with the ball down the wing. He shoots but it goes into the side netting. CU. Man in crowd. LV. English winger taking the ball down the left wing, centres but it is kicked clear by Welsh defender. LV. The ball goes to English footballer who shoots but the ball is deflected by a defender. Bobby Charlton runs onto it and shoots for England's second goal. GV. Crowd cheering. LV. Two players running for the ball. They collide and slide in the mud. Ball goes to Bobby Smith who passes to a winger. LV. Ball is centred, several players try to reach it but they miss and it goes out. Ball is centred back by the winger. LV Ball coming through the air, Smith jumps and heads - the ball goes into the net for England's third goal. Pan as other players congratulate Smith.

GV. Crowd at half time. GV. Play in progress in second half. England attack starting down the left wing. LV. Johnny Haynes runs onto the ball, takes it inside, shoots and the ball goes into the net for England's fourth goal. GV Crowd cheering. LV. England bringing the ball towards the Welsh goal. Douglas passes inside, ball is passed back to him and he shoots but Kelsey makes a brilliant save to push the ball round the post. SV. Crowd of boys waving a "Come on Wales" banner.

LV. Medwin with the ball, beats England left back McNeil, passes inside to a forward who kicks. Medwin runs onto the ball and centres but nothing comes of the move. CU. Girl wearing a fur hat. LV. England player passes the ball up field. LV. England player passes the ball. LV. Kelsey is barged by Smith and almost falls over the line. LV. Kelsey showing referee that the ball didn't go over the line. CU. Woman in crowd. LV. Greaves bringing ball towards Welsh goal, shoots and it goes into the net for England's fifth goal. LV. Welsh player centres the ball in the English area. Welsh and English player collide. LV. Hodgkinson fumbles the ball and Leek shoots. It goes into the net for Wales's first goal, pan to players walking about the pitch. Final score 5-1 for England.
