    Workers at Savoy Hotel strike to gain Trade Union recognition. Various shots of hotel workers marching along carrying placards. C/U of one of the placards: "We demand recognition of our union at the Savoy Hotel. We fought for freedom and the right to organise for decent working conditions". More shots of demonstration, most of the workers are young women and boys. C/U of woman holding placard: "Support the Savoy Strikers - Their fight is your fight". M/S of line of teenage boys carrying placards passing camera (probably bell boys and porters).

    Note: critical tone of commentary - especially of the drifters for depriving Britain of much needed food source.
