    Item title reads - Empire airmail to Australia and New Zealand.

    Location of events unknown.

    L/S of men sat at tables outside with a flying boat in the background. M/S of Sir Kingsley Wood, Air Minister, telling Lord Tryon, Postmaster General, that he wants his letters to go to the Governor Generals of New Zealand and Australia. This is a new scheme where letters can be sent by air without extra charge. Major Tryon takes them and stamps them before putting them in a post bag, this is taken and presented to the captain of the flying boat. M/S as they go aboard. Various shots as it takes off and flies away.
