Electric Car 1948
Description
Reading, Berkshire.
A man called Kenneth Smee walks towards a tiny electric car parked in a road. We are told that Kenneth built the car himself. He gets in and drives off. Various travel shots of the car going along the road.
Smee pulls up outside his house and reverses into position....
