    The Coalition Party wins again. Mr. Wise polls 15, 612 votes and wins the Iford By-Election.

A man - probably the returning officer - stands on a table outside the building, he appears to be reading the election results. C/U of Wise and his wife - she is holding a bunch of flowers. They are surrounded by well-wishers congratulating on them on their election success - many of them shake Mrs. Wise's hands.
