    Item title reads - Elaborate Obsequies of Tayok Sayadaw, the great Buddhist Priest. The festival lasts 7 days and takes a year to prepare. Rangoon, (Yangon) Burma (Myanmar).

    Intertitle - '.... "dancing angels" escort the embalmed body and Ministers of State, bearing golden umbrellas, act as pallbearers.'

    M/S as people walk down the street playing instruments and dancing, a statue on a seat follows, the coffin is carried on a raised platform, and people hold parasols up. Many people walk along with it.

    Note: there is another version of this item with the same title and footage which is tinted orange. It is on *PM0388*.
