Just to confirm the information for the amendment - all locations seen in this clip are in Reigate, Surrey. The vehicle travels down Bell Street, then turns in to High Street, and is later seen in West Street. While travelling down Bell Street, a commercial van bearing the address 25 Bell Street, Reigate, is seen.
