    Flag barer with armed escort marches down the stairs of the Officers' Mess, Portsmouth Naval Barracks. He carries Colour which leaves the Mess to be used at their display at Olympia. Another officer approaches and takes the Colour. Colour is handed over at training grounds - troops lined up at the polygon. Various shots of the march past.
